Tripura State SUCI(C) writes to state chief minister

In a letter to the Tripura state chief minister, Comrade Arun Bhowmik, Tripura State Secretary, SUCI(C), drew attention to the growing plight and misery of daily wage earners, MNGREGA workers, Rickshaw Pullers, domestic workers, Tea Garden workers, Brick field workers, construction workers, hawkers, private sector employees and workers, street vendors and other poverty-stricken people of rural and tribal areas following loss of jobs after imposition of corona lockdown. He placed a 11-point demand like giving cash subsidy of Rs 5000 to the BPL and APL category people, ration cards to migrant labourers, ensuring availability of all essential commodities, providing masks and PPEs free of cost  and convene an all party meeting to chalk out the strategy of unitedly fighting the Covid-19 pandemic.
