We vehemently condemning the most atrocious National Capital Territory of Delhi(Amendment) Bill, 2021 which has debarred elected Delhi government from taking any executive action without approval of the Lt Governor. This move to make Legislature subservient to Executive is part and parcel of the naked fascist policy of the ruling BJP to wipe out whatever little remnant of democracy is still there in each sphere of socio-political life and turn all bodies, institutions, judiciary and even elected governments into its rubber stamp. This sign is ominous.
We all upon all democratic-minded people to rise up against all such moves to trample down democracy and establish fascist autocracy.
