All India Kisan Khetmazdoor Sangathan (AIKKMS) organised a national convention on the demand of guaranteeing MSP (Minimum Support Price) for agricultural produce on 20 September 2022 at N D Tewari Bhawan, New Delhi. Renowned peasant leaders of Sanjukta Kisan Manch (SKM) representing different peasant organisations like Comrades Satyawan, Joginder Singh Ugraha, Ashish Mittal, Ashok Dhawale, Prem Singh Ghewalot spoke in the convention.
All the speakers discussed at length the various aspects of MSP and expressed the necessity to build up a mighty peasant movement across the country to realize this just demand. Famous mass singer and the friend of the peasant movement B. S. Chima was also present in the convention and imbibed the gathering with a beautiful song. Comrade Sankar Ghosh, General Secretary, AIKKMS, presided over.
